Indian Yoga Study Routine
Gina will lead you trough this hour long yoga practice from the groundbreaking study done in India. The study included post-menopausal women from the ages of 45 to 62 that practiced a series of yoga poses very similar to that of Dr. Fishman's, "12 Yoga Poses for Osteoporosis". This sequence includes yogasana, pranayama and relaxation sequences. In the study the group of women practiced this hour long program 4 days a week and after 6 months of monitoring these women, the study showed improvement in the density of their spine and hips.
